Karin Adamczyk's Payment Practices site - the place where translators can find information about the company or translation agency they are invited to work for. Very useful, especially when you suddenly discover that the agency for which you are doing some large job probably won't pay you on time or at all... The Aquarius site was the biggest translation-related site when I started working as a freelancer - it had the largest database of freelance translators and agencies before ProZ has showed up. Freelancers can post their personal & commercial data, and agencies can post their job offers. Lots of links, too.
